This website is operated by RanFlow Ltd, the data controller for the personal data described here. We process it under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to. Privacy questions go to djillali@ranflow.com.

Only what the site actually needs:

• Early access requests: the email address you enter. Nothing else is asked for, and no account is created.
• Contact messages: your email address and the content of your message.
• Usage analytics: aggregated page metrics via Vercel Analytics. These are cookieless and do not profile you or follow you across other sites.
• Server logs: standard technical data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, recorded by our host for security and reliability.

• Early access emails, to contact you about access to RAN Flow. Basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
• Contact messages, to reply to you. Basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• Analytics and server logs, to keep the site secure and working and to understand aggregate traffic. Basis: our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Resend delivers the email we send you and the notification we receive, acting as a processor on our behalf.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides its analytics.

We share personal data with no one else, except where we are legally required to.

Both providers above may process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where that happens, the restricted transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision made by the UK government.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and shows no cookie banner because none is required for what we do. Vercel Analytics is cookieless by design.

• Early access emails: until we open general availability, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
• Contact messages: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
• Server logs: a short rolling period, set by our hosting provider.

You have the right to:

• Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data deleted.
• Restrict or object to how we use it, including processing based on legitimate interest.
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it, carries no penalty, and does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

If our response does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

No. Providing an email address is entirely voluntary and is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement. If you choose not to, you simply will not be able to join the early access list or send us a message through the site. Everything else here remains fully available.

We carry out no automated decision making and no profiling on the data collected through this site.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date shown above. If a change is material, we will tell anyone on the early access list directly.
